During the middle age, in a small village called Saint-Ambroix, located in the Languedoc region, in southern France, the grapes harvest was so generous, that the mayor of Saint-Ambroix decided to organize a fest for its village and to invite people from all the surrounding villages. To make sure that villagers would come massively and drink all the wine produced from the harvest, the mayor promised they would see a flying bull on that occasion... The wine was drunk, the bull most likely flew... This is the LEGEND OF VOLO BIOU!
"Volo Biou" grenache syrah reflects the tradition and history of "Pays d'Oc", and embodies the ancestral know-how of the winemaking in the Languedoc region.
