Mécanic, Destemned in the Vineyard. 

Vinification 

Cold macération within the press for 3 hrs. Cold Fermentation 16°, Aging on lies for 6 month. 

Winemaker notes 

Clear pink colour, well balanced with flower and fruit notes well noticed. Crisp and fresh with good persistance of the aromas.
