TASTING NOTES

Appearance: A red colour with ruby tints.

Bouquet: Nice blalance between hints of fruit (wild strawberries) and pappery touches.

Palate:.A clean attack with nicely pronounced tannins.

Fruity aftertaste.

Can be enjoyed right away or over the next 5 years.

SERVING SUGGESTION

Just the thing with rabbit in mustard sauce, poultry, or a selection of cold meats.
