Mia Brut - Frais et Croquant
First fermentation is done in stainless stell tanks at a controlled temperature.
Second fermentation takes place in isobaric tanks ageing minimum 6 months together with the yeasts (Charmat Method).
Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Parellada
Alcohol: 11,5% vol.
Bright and straw yellow colour with elegant bubbles. Asubtle citrusy nose together with a mix of pears and ripe apples. Those are elegant and fine aromas.
Mia Cuvée has a fresh and a light bouquet, very well balanced with the final sweetness leaving a pleasant and charming feeling on the palate.
