In order to elaborate Bordeaux Yvecourt, the Yvon Mau House surrounded with the Jury of the Greatest Wine Cellars Masters from Bordeaux. This year, they organized few blind tasting and selected among several proposals this authentic, harmonious, fruity, round and well-balanced Bordeaux wine.
Winemaking
Yvecourt Sauvignon is made from a pre-fermentation maceration. The wine is pressed and then decanted at low temperature. The fermentation is done at a controlled temperature (16°C - 18°C) in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged on fine lees for several months to develop its flavor and roundness.

Balanced and fine in texture, Yvecourt Bordeaux Sauvignon with its beautiful pale yellow wine is round, fruity and warm. Its rich aroma with notes of citrus and white peaches will delight every palate. His great lemony freshness and vivacity perfectly pairs with dishes of fish and shellfish.
