Domaine de la Gypière

Domaine de la Gypière is located in the heart of the Provence wine region.
This charming estate covers 22 hectares in the Côtes de Provence PDO
appellation. Its name comes from the gypsum quarry which has been on
the estate since the 17th century. Our special wine "Les Armoises de la
Gypière" pays tribute to the Armoise de Molinier, a Natura 2000-protected
species. Lake Gavoty, near the property, is one of the only sites in the world
where this hardy, fragrant plant grows.
