Stabilisation of the grapes under cold conditions for 48 hours.
Temperature control during fermentation.
Appearance: A lovely crimson colour.
Bouquet: Rich, complex and fruity with aromas of summer fruits (strawberry, raspberry, blackberry).
Palate: A very harmonious wine with a supple, rounded attack. Develops towards a fleshy sensation with very smooth tannins and long-lasting flavours on the palate.
The perfect companion for a wide variety of meat dishes and cheeses. Serve at between 16 and 18°C.
