Seigneurs de Bergerac's wines draw quality and wine tradition from their prestigious ancestral land.

Winemaking 

Yvecourt Sauvignon is made from a pre-fermentation maceration. The wine is pressed and then decanted at low temperature. The fermentation is done at a controlled temperature (16°C - 18°C) in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged on fine lees for several months to develop its flavor and roundness. 

Varietals 

50% Sauvignon 40% Sémillon 10% Muscadelle

Tasting notes 

A beautiful pale golden yellow colour reveals a nose with notes of lemon, yellow peach, complemented by aromas of exotic fresh mango. 

The attack is fresh and mineral, combining tangy yellow fruit in fat citrus zests. 

Tasting suggestion 

Perfect as an aperitif, this wine will also be an excellent companion for all kind of fish and sea food. 

Serve at 10 ° C.
