The Brut Soirées Parisiennes blend, whose first vintage goes back to 1988, has grown to include more Chardonnay over the years. Made to reach its peak after more than six years, this wine's very name evokes the joy and refinement of another time, the Belle Epoque, the golden age of a certain sensual lifestyle in Paris. This Champagne has a subtle bouquet, a delicate froth, remarkable freshness, and great finesse.

Appearance :

Golden colour. Remarkably fine with light bubbles. 

Bouquet :

This wine opens on citruses and orange blossom notes. It develops subtle aromas of linden, verbena and gingerbread.

Palate :

Straightforward and attractive, with roasted, liquorice and mineral notes . A subtle dosage emphasizes this wine's elegance and complexity. A wonderful Champagne for celebrations.
